Please find instructions for accessing your order attachments (ZIPPED .pdf files) below.

PLEASE NOTE that a copy of these instructions is included in the email which accompanies your email order.

SECTION 1 - Accessing your attachment/s

* Save attachment/s into a folder of your choice. (If the security option is enabled in Outlook Express then you may be denied access to the email attachments.). If so, go to SECTION 2A - Disabling the Security option in Outlook Express.

* Navigate to this folder and double-click on each file to decompress it. (This requires an unzip program.) If there is an unzip program already on your computer then it should automatically use this to unzip the file.
If not, then click here to download a freeware ZIP program.

* Once each file is unzipped just double-click the .pdf file contained within it and your chart will open in Adobe Acrobat. Almost all computers now come with a version of Adobe Acrobat installed. If your .pdf file does not open when you double click it then you may not have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer. If you have any free program disks which come with one of the many monthly PC magazines then there is almost certain to be a copy on one of those.
Otherwise, click here to download a copy of Adobe Acrobat.

SECTION 2A - Disabling the Security option in Outlook Express

* Open Outlook Express and from the menu bar of the Outlook Express window, click Tool > Options.

* In the Options window, on the Security tab, in the Virus Protection section, uncheck 'Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus.' Then Click OK.

SECTION 2B - If you tried to access your attachment/s before disabling the Security option, and access was denied then :-

* Right click on the email which we sent to you and choose 'Move to Folder.....'

* Select any of your email folders and the email should be moved into it.

* Go to that folder and select the email and the attachment should now be available to save to your hard drive.

* Go back to SECTION 1 - Accessing your attachments.

NB. This security option in Outlook Express is not necessary if you have a virus checker installed which is set up to scan all emails and attachments. Any malicious attachments would them be picked up by the Anti-virus software - so long as it is kept up to date with the latest virus definitions.

It is your decision whether or not to re-enable the security option after saving your attachment/s.
